Yes, you could. But please keep in mind that the questions you ask the girl are connected to the menu buttons in the flirt dialog. You could translate them, too, but then you have to manually enter all text.
Example:

"ARE YOU A COWGIRL" is the question you ask the girl either by choosing the menu button or manually entering the text. "Oh you know it, especially if you are my cowboy! I will do anything to please my man!" is one of three possible answers the girl will give you.

You can use the GaitoBot AIML Editor to edit the aiml files:
