At the end of last year we had a German user who had troubles playing the game: Videos played only once, after that the curtain remain closed. The game couldn't quit normally. The user was running Win 10 with .NET 4.6.1.
In order to get to the root of the problem Tomcat set up a vanilla Win 10 system, no upgrade from Win 7. Result: Scoreville runs as expected.
Question: Are there any other users experiencing the same problems?

Running Win10, didn't had any problems actually.

Running new Win 10 install build 15063.502. Is having same issue as OP.
