[REQUEST] Upgrade FFMPEG

It seems that we're using the older edition of FFMpeg.

Advice: Update the FFMpeg in the repository with the most recent build from 2015

It makes smaller MP4 files as well with higher quality
I am a C# programmer that took a liking to ScoreVille

Done. Please note that FFmpeg isn't included in the SVN files, but it will be part of the release.
