[BUG] Work as Security Guard in Harbor

Expected behaviour: You work at the harbor, looking out for any people that might want to grab something from the boats that are here

Bugged behaviour: You patrol the mall. It pays the bills

Solution: Please make Work in Harbor get it's own text instead of reusing the Mall texts
