Which video editor you prefer to use to cut your scenes and keep the aspect ration and the quality the best?

TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works 5

For re-coding and cutting the clip into shorter segments. I usually recode HD 720/1080p into mpg (720) for the game with an average of 3500-4000kb, keeps the quality high as well and not that hard on my machine. But at the same time significantly reduces the original file-size.
I'm used with the tool since many years. It suits me just fine.

Freemake free video converter is my choice, easy to cut and convert movies, and they have an excessive faq/tutorial section for dumb guys like me... :p

On Linux I use KDENLIVE. It has good zoom Features - so on a non pov scene you can zoom to a much better view :)
