Scoreville Board

I am having issues with video tearing in certain clips. If I view them on my computer, not in the game, in Windows media player I see the tearing. If I view them in VLC, the tearing is gone. If I view the clips in the editor the tearing is there, so I assume that the game isn't using VLC player. I h...
